My stepbrothers actually had a serious fight over this once. One was convinced that the guy in the movie said fra-jee-lay and the other said it was fra-jee-lee. They imposed a slap-bet (whoever won got to slap the other 100 times, randomly, and they couldn't do anything to fight back.)
Fra-jee-lay won. And he literally counted down the slaps over the next two years.
